Traditional Cast Iron round Bottom Wok

Cast Iron Wok, This very traditional concept has been used in the Chinese countryside for centuries, it is now offered in the United States via the Mangvanusa. The bottom of the round bottom is only 4.5” in depth and only has a round bottom. Little metallic handles. This recipe retains heat, cooks evenly, quickly, and efficiently, and imparts the Chinese wok flavor.  Must be seasoned.  The wok can be purchased in a variety of sizes, including 13, 14, 16, or 17”, or in a 5-pieces set that comes with the wok, aluminum lid, stainless steel spatula, wok ring, and bamboo cleaning whisk. A wok ring ($2.95) may be required to stabilize this round- bottomed wok on the stove. Recommended Linseed oil for seasoning your wok, excellent results and smokeless if seasoning in the oven.
