Carbon Steel Wok/Wood handle

This heavy 14-gauge wok is easy and fun to use. The natural, blond wooden handles allow the cook full command of the wok. The flat bottom is designed to sit directly on an electric stove or grill to take advantage of all the heat. If cooking with gas, the same wok is available in round bottom (although this flat bottom wok is also works efficiently on a gas stove). Not recommended for ceramic stove tops or heat induction. 12″ serve for up to 5 people, 14″ for 6-12 people,  Must be seasoned.
